Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) and Thailand Concordia Lutheran Church (TCLC) have signed an agreement to work together in Thailand. The primary goal of this Memorandum of Understanding is to do outreach programs and projects that proclaim the Gospel to unchurched people in that country.
This partnership will provide a good opportunity for the pastors and members of TCLC to become familiar with all of the materials, training and resources available through LHM—Thailand. They will also learn how to use them as they reach out to those in their communities who do not yet know Christ. Lutheran Hour Ministries will look to TCLC churches for follow-up with listeners of radio broadcasts, as well as those who are interested in learning more about the Bible and about Christianity. This includes people who have completed the Bible Correspondence Courses.
LHM—Thailand and TCLC look forward to working together more closely in the future and expect that this partnership will be a benefit to both groups in their outreach programs.
