Volunteers from Concordia Lutheran Church in Pullman, Washington are excitedly preparing for their upcoming mission trip to Guatemala on March 13. The 24-person team led by Ann Summerson will spend a week in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala building the front wall of the new Lutheran Community Center and conducting VBS day camps for children. They will have the opportunity to share God’s love with 270 children from the local Lutheran school and 100 children of the Garifuna minority. In addition, they will also have time to enjoy some sightseeing and fellowship with local Lutherans. This is the church’s second mission trip to LHM—Guatemala. Please keep this group in your prayers as they travel 2,500 miles to serve the Lord.
