Recently, Lutheran Hour Ministries-Nicaragua volunteers visited one of Nicaragua’s walking clinics where the Orphan Grain Train is distributing medical supplies. During this visit, volunteers from LHM-Nicaragua handed out some monthly booklets on spiritual topics and interacted with patients waiting for medical attention. Although the program has been discontinued, Global Care Packages are still being distributed around the world. LHM-Nicaragua recently gave them as graduation gifts to students who have completed a computer training course offered by the ministry center.
