After a period of deep reflection, Ali realized he had found the true God.
The team has made it their mission to build a bridge between Indiana and Ethiopia. They affectionately call this cause a “glocal mission,” because the undertaking of their local congregations is to share Christ’s love globally.
They sing regularly, usually in local Ghanaian dialects, but occasionally their songs are in Swahili or English (as this one is). The members of the choir are very passionate about using the gifts God gave them to share His love.
One ETS participant, Simon Laar, said he would like to attend ETS training regularly. “This area needs more of these workshops,” he said. “It helps pastors and other leaders to function effectively.” Laar also mentioned that there had not been an evangelism workshop in Bunkpurugu in over twenty years.
