Lutheran Hour Ministries in Cambodia, working in partnership with eight local churches, recently held a series of youth programs. The programs brought together 211 young people, as well as lay church leaders, pastors and volunteers. The events presented an opportunity for LHM—Cambodia to educate the youth on the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse, the impact of negative lifestyles, and the effects of social forces that encourage negative values amongst young people. Equipped with this knowledge, some of the participants said they will help to evangelize and promote LHM—Cambodia programs in their own communities.
